Since replaying the game 4x on PS5.. one per house... the one discovery during the game that never fails to make me question... discovering Feldcroft for the first time and seeing Isadora's house... and within that house we her that her portrait, that I assume its her... destroyed... I am hopeful but also cautious, that what if.. what if.. for a DLC, that our character discovers a duplicate portrait of Isidora's that is still INTACT... just putting it out there

If any of the devs are reading this: literally all I want is more immersion like the ability to sit anywhere whether that be a chair, sofa, the grass to simply take in the atmosphere. Sleeping and making the common rooms feel more alive. Lastly smarter NPCs would be nice.

Big question: would it be a free patch, payed dlc or new release entirely?

Hol up. Teams of 3? Shouldnt it be 6? 3 chasers, 2 beaters and a keeper? Or sre they doing a similar thing to quidditch world cup where one pkayer takes on all the roles. Like one olayers pkays all 3 chasers, one plays both beaters, and the third is the seeker?

I recently started playing pogo again (pokemon go). I took a good 2 or 3 year hiatus (started about halfway through WU). I was so sad when WU ended, that I just couldn't even pick pogo back up again, until about 2ish months ago

About submitting pics, how about on FB? I've been posting loads of photo mode pics on two groups there: "Hogwarts Legacy" and "Hogwarts Legacy | Community". I'm watching the video as I'm commenting... In speculating about the darker themed concept art, how long was HL in production? Something like 5 or 6 years? If they had this dark concept art, and the game we have now is not really dark at all, then that tells me they mustive not been too certain what direction to take HL at first. Going for a dark theme, pitching that theme in meetings, debating it in meetings, more concept ideas gets tossed around -- more time -- and then finally the decision comes to change direction to a lighter tone. So part of the development time went into determining possible directions. What other themes were pitched I wonder? No wonder HL feels more like a platform to me than anything else -- a platform that can be taken to other directions. We do have hints of dark themes -- tombs and dungeons -- as well as lighter themes, themes of exploring the castle, the countryside, even the RoR is a playable theme (can make a whole game just taking care of animals). So this concept art begins to explain a lot to me. I find this fascinating. Thank you for making a video on it. In terms of game play I would love to play HL in some sort of darker mode. Would love to wander outside Hogwarts and come across darker tombs, creatures made by some dark wizard experimenting with mix/matching dark spells and potions, wandering the countryside, or some sort of Ancient Evil (to fight with our ancient magic) Cthulhu type creature(s). That would be fun! But I'll be happy with simply having a curfew system.

I believe they need to tie the game more to the story of Harry Potter, for example they could add diagon alley and provide more story along with that new location, as well as add kings cross.

I would love a mission to become a animagus

Some of this might be a bit too ambitious but if possible for Hogwarts Legacy 2 the devs should add Werewolves, the option for players to be an Animagus, new Mounts, the Triwizard Tournament as a quest or dlc quest for the school, a Romance System kinda like on Bully but expanded upon, a good and bad Karma and reputation System both with their own perks and the bad karma and bad Reputation could have consequences aswell, the House Points System and House winner announcement at the end of the year, some sort of Nemesis System, and the Spell that Molly Weasley used to kill Bellatrix with whatever in the bloody heck that spell was oh yeah and it'd be cool to also see Diagon Alley and knockturn Alley get added as explorable locations

love the content James also I'm optimistic about Hogwarts Legacy DC I just hope WB let's Avalanche software cook we will soon know how much of a hand Rocksteady had into this expansion I just hope they had people that listened to Avalanches vision and didn't do anything fans would find distasteful if it does well i wonder if they would bring them back to help with HL2 I would imagine so if it would cut costs in half especially since they already have people willing from Rocksteady studios to work

An idea for the Hogwarts Library: books you can enter for adventures/missions much like the Deathly Hallows. Different books, some are just distractions without any mission.. just text to keep the player busy searching for books with a mission. A mission book/quest book could be of various mini stories, some could be historical -- the Hogwarts founders, Merlin, Beedle the Bard stories -- books as simple as how-to with a potion recipe, books on info of the various beasts, even non-magical mythological beasts, info on goblins (the different types), giants, spiders, types of dragons, etc. And it's possible to do all kinds of stuff with the books, not just for adventure. Example... some places out in the wild have bookcases (some are in the various towers from the story missions, some are just in ruins) some books in those could be collectable and saved/stored in your own RoR. Maybe a bookcase you fill with books, much like the chests with tokens from the Daedalian keys.
